Photon Embedded Cloak

Photon Embedded Cloak works great on normal tank armor and such.. but does not work at all for cloaks.. at least Naleb's if not others. Tried equipping on a twink to hide that god aweful cloak and it didn't work.  Fix plix! My AI armor is too sexy to be hidden by that fugly thing anymore!! /riot /protest /qq

EDIT - Also, not sure if this is a bug or not, if you wear this in your neck slot it hides your back item as well. So you cannot wear it in neck and have your back slot item shown.
